WHAT: We are having a fish coloring party! Join us and color fish cutouts for a community event in support of restoring herring to the Blackstone River. https://
WHEN: Tuesday May 7th, 3-6 PM
WHERE: Save The Bay Center, 100 Save The Bay Drive, Providence RI 02905. The entrance to Save The Bay is through the Johnson & Wales Harborside Campus, via the main entrance at Harborside Blvd. Waze works best to get you here! Google Maps and other systems may take you down a gated road (Shipyard St) that you cannot access without a key card. If you use another system, just ignore any directions to turn from Allens Ave onto Ernest St, and continue along Allens until you get to Harborside Blvd. See map for exact location.
Registration notes:
- Please pre-register. Families can have one person register and make a note that they are bringing family members.
- Age requirements: This is a family friendly event recommended for ages 5+. Ages 16+ may participate independently if they pre-register; volunteers under 16 must participate with a parent or guardian. Parents with children will be asked to sign a family waiver at the event. See youth volunteering for more information.
Need documentation of service hours? We provide confirmation letters upon request! Just ask your leader at the end of the event.
