Volunteer for the Pell Bridge Run! The Citizens Bank Pell Bridge Run is a 4 mile run/walk produced by the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority. This event is not-for-profit and 100% of proceeds will go to support local not-for-profits, including Save The Bay!
WHAT: Save The Bay volunteers will support the finish line, handing out waters and medals to finishers.
WHERE: 23 America's Cup Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Parking is in the adjacent garage (and is free for volunteers that morning).
NOTES:
- Team signup is not enabled for this need. If you are interested in signing up a team, they can register individually or contact July Lewis at jlewis@savebay.org for more information.
- This role is open to minor and family volunteering; there is an additional waiver that will need to be handed in to race organizers on the day of the event, and the waiver must be signed by a parent. We will send this ahead of time to registered volunteers. Minors under the age of 16 must volunteer accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
