Volunteer for the Pell Bridge Run! The Citizens Bank Pell Bridge Run is a 4 mile run/walk produced by the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority. A portion of the profits will go to support Save The Bay!
WHAT: Save The Bay volunteers will staff a water station for event participants to keep them hydrated during the event.
WHERE: 80 JT Connell Hwy, Newport, RI 02840. Volunteers will park at the Park & Ride and look for the water station setup near the road. See map for exact location.
WHEN: Sunday, August 30, 6:30-9 AM
NOTES:
- Team signup is not enabled for this need. If you are interested in signing up a team, they can register individually or contact July Lewis at jlewis@savebay.org for more information.
- This role is open to ages 18+.
- There is an additional waiver that will need to be handed in to race organizers on the day of the event. We will send this ahead of time to registered volunteers.
- Volunteers will wear Save The Bay shirts for this event!
