Represent Save The Bay at our interactive table at the One Ocean Exploration Zone, part of the Volvo Ocean Race Village! Volunteers will work with Save The Bay staff to welcome visitors and answer questions about Save The Bay. They will also help visitors learn about the connection between land and sea by exploring our watershed model, and give them tips about what they can do to help protect the ocean!
We have morning, afternoon and evening shifts from May 12-May 20*. Sign up for as many shifts as you want! We will provide training. Volunteers should be friendly, outgoing, and ready to learn about Save The Bay!
Volunteering at this event requires a background check through the Ocean Volvo Race. Once you register, we will provide you information on the background check process - it's easy and free. Contact July Lewis at jlewis@savebay.org with any questions!
