NOTE: This cleanup is almost full! It has been closed to team registration to allow room for individuals to sign up for the remaining spaces.
WHAT: Help Save The Bay clean up the shore at our headquarters in Providence! Shoreline trash is ugly and dangerous to wildlife, and shoreline cleanups are an easy way for volunteers to make a difference.
WHERE: 100 Save The Bay Drive, Providence. Access to Save The Bay is through the Johnson & Wales Harborside campus. Enter through the Allens Ave/ Narragansett Blvd entrance. Drive down Harborside Boulevard, through the campus toward the water. At the end of the road, you will make a right onto Save The Bay Drive, which leads to our building.
WHAT TO WEAR
- Dress for the weather! Remember it is often cooler and windier at the shore.

- Closed-toed shoes are required.
- Bring work gloves! We will have disposable gloves as well.

- If you have your own trash grabbers, bring them along!
WHO CAN JOIN
- Anyone! Volunteers under 16 must participate with an adult, and adults must supervise their children during the cleanup.
- All volunteers must be able to do some light to moderate bending and lifting.
- Volunteers must have their own transportation to the event.
